With most concentrators, evaporators or distillation of
hydrogen peroxide,
evaporation rates are typically limited by the following
factors :

Poor vacuum control, with risk of detonation of hydrogen
peroxide vapour
- Thermal losses from evaporation process which reducing
evaporation rate.
- Bumping, caused by inadequate mixing.

PEROCHEM
concentrator is the only concentrator to counteract each of these
limits to increase evaporations rate and with security.
Concentrator
speed = 10 TIMES FASTER than conventional “glass distillation
machine”
All
parts are stainless steel passived for hydrogen peroxide, if a
detonation will occure the machine release the over pressure without
brittles like as glass concentrator or distillation column.

system automatically draws dilute hydrogen peroxide from storage
tank and concentrates it. The unit not need operator
intervention. It produces 1200 lbs per day 90% from 70% feedstocks. |
