CATALYST

PEROCHEM has developed a ceramic catalyst for rocket propulsion that decompose STABILISED HYDROGEN PEROXIDE.
(silver based catalyst are poisoned with more than 200 ppb stabilisant)

The catalyst PER-700.7 works with H2O2 food grade (100’000 ppb) from
70% to 99% concentration.

Tests with RGHP (rocket grade hydrogen peroxide)

The specific activity is 3 times more than silver wire screen catalyst

Tests with FGHP ( food grade hydrogen peroxide) 100 ppm PO-4

Another advantage is the specific density of the ceramic catalyst that is
0.72 kg/dm3 which is 3.7 times less density compare to silver wire sceens.
